Every six years a new Church Electoral Roll is prepared from scratch, so everyone (even if you’ve been on the roll before) needs to complete a new application form. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Anyone who has worshipped at St Peter’s at least once a month for the past 6 months, is baptised, and over 16 years of age.
- Anyone who is a resident in the parish (and over 16) whether they attend worship or not.
Application forms are available on the Welcome Desk or can be downloaded here
They should be returned to the box on the Welcome Desk or handed to Carole Raw, Electoral Roll Officer, or returned by email to stpeterschurchhgtoffice@gmail.com
The closing date for receiving completed forms is 22nd April and the new Roll will be published on 28th April 2025. No names may be added or amendments made once the Roll has been published until after the APCM on 20th May 2025.
