The Music Group (children and adults)

We lead the worship at the 9:30 am service every Sunday and also some other services through the year at Christmas and Easter. We are always ready to welcome new singers and instrumentalists. We would love some more children - young children are welcome too and would be supported by the older children in the group. We arrive at 9:00 am every Sunday to set up and we rehearse usually on the last Sunday of the month at 4:00 pm, accompanied by tea and cake!

Bell Ringers (aged 10 to adult)

St Peter’s has a very active band of ringers, who ring for three services every Sunday. Learning to ring takes commitment and patience. You must be willing to come to practice on Fridays from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, and ring for at least one of our services on most Sundays (ringing starts at 9:00 am, 10:30 am or 6:00 pm). We will teach you to be a bell ringer, but you need commitment, patience and to be at least 10 years old. It may take weeks or months before you can ring on your own, but everyone’s contribution is valued.

Flower arrangers

Love flowers, and being creative with them, or love flowers and would love to learn to be creative with them? Come and join the St Peter's Flower Team! We're a friendly bunch (!) and offer training and support, for as little, or as long a time as you need it.
