Knit a Poppy

Last year we were unable to hold services on Remembrance Sunday as St Peter's Church was closed by the COVID-19 lockdown, so this poignant display in the Glass Foyer was created.
This year we are aiming for 500 poppies for our window display, to improve on last year’s amazing effort.  Please check out this link if you need a pattern, all poppies are gratefully received no matter what they might look like - please leave them on the Welcomers' Desk or give them to our Churchwarden, Sarah Martin, (0791 325 9490).
