Our friendly group meets once a month and offers a safe and welcoming space for people to share their experiences and socialise. Tea and coffee are provided and because we meet at lunchtime, many members bring their own lunch to enjoy as they talk. We have a wealth of fact sheets and information, including a resource library, which members can access, as well as information on other local services. New members are always welcome.
