Weekday services

Mondays to Saturdays

at 8.00am and 5.00pm respectively,  Morning and Evening Prayer held in the Choir stalls.

Tuesdays

12.30-1.00pm Healing Service, with laying-on of hands.

Wednesdays

10.30 – 11.00am  Cafe RefleXion – a service combining reflective readings, with coffee and cake in an informal and relaxed setting.

8.00 – 9.00pm The Hour – Silent prayer by candlelight; why not pop in for as little or as long as you wish – we end with Compline at 8.45pm.

Thursdays

9.30-10.45am Parent and Toddler group.

A short service for parents or carers and toddlers who meet in church for a story and prayer followed by play and refreshments in the Hall.   New parents and carers are always welcome.

11.00-11.30am — a traditional said service of Holy Communion with a cup of coffee afterwards.  Held at the front of the nave altar.

11.30 – 1.30pm Lunchtime RefleXion — enjoy a light lunch with prayer and reflections.

  • St Peter’s Church AGM

    The annual general meeting will be held in the church at 7.00pm on Tuesday 25 April.  Hear about developments that have taken place in the past year, and more importantly, our plans for the future.  If you are entered on the church’s Electoral Roll, you are also entitled to vote at the meeting.

  • Art Exhibition 24 April – 1 May

    Studio 6, a small group of amateur artists from Boston Spa will be holding an exhibition of their work in the Glass Foyer at St Peter’s Church.  The exhibition will be open daily from 10.00 until 4.30pm daily. Free entry, all welcome.

  • Tour de Yorkshire – St Peter’s SpecialFundraising Day

    The Tour de Yorkshire arrives in Harrogate on Saturday 29 April for the final stage of the women’s race and the end of the second stage of the men’s race.   • The Nail – A trilogy for Holy Week

    A dramatised inquisition into who was to blame for the death of Jesus will be performed by St Peter’s Players over three nights shown from Monday 10th to Wednesday 12th April at 7.00pm.  A full performance will be held at 12 noon on Good Friday with musical interludes between each part. Free entry, all welcome.
