Our vision

God’s mission is the healing of all creation. Our calling is to join in with that. We seek to touch society with the Father’s love, build a community of faith in the power of the Holy Spirit and encourage men, women and children to discover and follow the way of Jesus Christ.

We believe that our role is to promote justice for individuals, families and communities both near and far.

'Warm Welcome' sign - sp_026

“O God, make the door of this house wide enough to receive all who need human love and fellowship, and narrow enough to shut out all envy, pride and strife. Make its threshold smooth enough to be no stumbling-block to children, nor to straying feet, but rugged and strong enough to turn back the tempter’s power. God – make the door of this house the gateway to your eternal kingdom.”

Thomas Ken (1637-1711)
